By purchasing a ticket or submitting a form on a Muévete Parties site, you agree to these terms.

Tickets

• Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. Email hello@mueveteparties.com to update the attendee name.
• If we cancel an event, you'll get a full refund automatically within 10 business days.
• If we move an event date, your ticket transfers automatically. If the new date doesn't work, request a refund within 7 days.
• One ticket = one entry. Treat your QR like a boarding pass — don't share screenshots.

At the door

• 18+ to enter, 21+ for the bar (valid ID required).
• Right to refuse entry: anyone visibly intoxicated, behaving unsafely, or violating venue policy.
• Photo & video are taken at every event for marketing. By attending, you consent to your image being used. Email us if you'd like a specific photo removed.

Add-ons & private events

• Add-ons (tables, lessons, photo/video, merch) are confirmed when payment clears.
• Private-event quotes are valid for 14 days. A 30% deposit confirms the booking.
• Private-event cancellations: full refund 30+ days out, 50% within 30 days, no refund within 7 days.

Limit of liability

Muévete Parties is not liable for personal injury or lost belongings at events. Dance at your own pace, watch your stuff.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes go to courts in Palm Beach County, FL.
